I. Checking Policy

Mr Rang is always aiming to provide the best delivery service for all your orders. After you successfully place an order at the website https://mrrang. vn/ , Mr. Rang will send an email to notify you, including the details of the successfully placed order and call to confirm the order.

Delivery of goods – Check goods before payment

Before receiving the goods and making payment, you are entitled to inspect the product. Does not support trial goods.
Please open the package to check to ensure that the order is delivered with the correct model and quantity as the order ordered. Do not try or try the product. After agreeing with the delivered item, you pay with the delivery staff (in case the order is shipped COD) and receive the goods. In case you are not satisfied with the product. products, you can refuse to return the goods. Here, Mr. Rang will collect an additional return cost, equivalent to the shipping fee of the order you have placed.

• When you check your order, the delivery staff is forced to wait for you to check the goods inside the package. In case the staff refuses to let you check the goods, please contact Mr Rang via hotline: 094 777 1616 for support.
• Please avoid using sharp objects to open the package to avoid damaging the product inside. For cases where the product is damaged due to the fault of the Customer, Mr. Rang regretfully cannot support you to exchange/return/warranty the product.

When opening the goods, there must be an unboxed video, if there is a problem with the goods after receiving it from the delivery staff, please send the video immediately to Mr. Rang to complain .

• Customers can return products within 48 hours (for HCMC inner city) and 72 hours (for other provinces) right after receiving the goods.
• Only exchange products without returning goods, except in case of out of stock to exchange to record return.

Products are returned in case the wrong quantity, delivered 2 identical orders, the customer must not open the seal, but must leave it intact and return it to Mr. Rang. If the name and quantity do not match the customer’s order but the customer still receives and opens the seal, Mr Rang will not receive a refund.

II. Shipping Delivery Method

1. Objects and scope of transportation:

• Shipping policy is applied to all customers who order via website mrrang.vn
• We will fulfill all shipping requirements for customers nationwide .

2. Shipping method:

A. Fast same day delivery: Only applicable for Ho Chi Minh City area

• Fast delivery within the inner city within the day: Depends on the shipping unit with factors such as geographical distance, delivery start time (is it at peak hours), available promotions, etc.
• Delivery staff will contact customers who do not have time requirements in advance to arrange a reasonable time with customers.
• For customers with time requirements, the delivery staff will contact and arrange delivery on time as requested by the customer .
• Except in cases where the time is too urgent, or outside the store’s working time, the staff will contact and re-negotiate with the customer’s time to be reasonable.
• Please directly check the product carefully as soon as you receive the goods from the delivery staff, if there is a problem related to the type, model, quality, quantity of the goods not as in the order, Please notify us immediately to coordinate handling. If there is no problem, please receive the goods and pay in full.
• In case for some reason the delivery staff cannot deliver the goods in time, we will contact you again and notify you.
• About the shipping fee for same-day fast delivery service (applicable only to Ho Chi Minh City area): We use an external shipping service, so the shipping fee will be calculated according to the charges of the shipping units. Shipping depends on the location and volume of the order, when contacting to confirm the order with the customer, the specific fee will be reported to the customer.

B. Standard delivery within Ho Chi Minh city and inter-province

• Delivery fee: Regarding the shipping fee for standard nationwide delivery service, we apply the same delivery fee program until the end of 2023:
• 30,000 VND for orders under 1,000,000 VND
• Free delivery with orders over 1,000,000 VND
• When placing an order, please fill in the necessary information completely and accurately as required to facilitate us in providing goods and receiving payment quickly. We are also not responsible for late or lost deliveries due to incorrect information provided by you.
• Delivery time: From 1 to 2 days (excluding Sundays or holidays, Tet).
• Orders placed on, Sunday, public holidays, Tet: delivery time is calculated from the following Monday or the first working day after the holiday.
• Please check the goods carefully as soon as you receive them from the freight forwarder, if there is a problem related to the type, quality, and quantity of the goods that are not the same as in the order, please report immediately. for us to coordinate with the delivery unit handling the goods.

C. Change, cancel transaction

• In the following cases you can change or cancel the transaction:

• • When Mr Rang has confirmed the product has not been sent.
  • If the product has been sent, there is a change the customer must bear the shipping fee.
• Normally, after receiving order information, we will process the order within 24 hours and respond to customer information about payment and delivery. Delivery time is usually between 1-5 days from the date of closing the order or as agreed with the customer when placing the order. However, there are also cases where the delivery takes longer but only in the following force majeure situations:
• • Our staff contacted customers by phone to confirm that the order placed on the website could not be delivered, so we could not deliver.
  • Delivery staff can’t contact customers by phone, so they can’t deliver.
  • The shipping address you provided is incorrect or difficult to find.
